PROPOSED RENOVATIONS OF OLD DINING HALL as of 3/1/2019
--Rework existing electric service. Rework existing conduit, replace all water
damaged conductors and put all conduit above framing line $8,300.
--Installation and finishing of sheet rock, walls and ceilings $9,866.
--Installation of beaded ceiling plywood from floor level up to 48 inches $4,400.
--Insulation of ceilings, and walls $3,600.
--Electrical trim: fans, lights, plugs and switches $2,140.
--Floor repair: Replace damaged tiles, repair concrete where
electrical conduit was removed $800.
--Interior painting $3,100.
--Create 4 openings in the exterior wall for overhead doors. Includes
framing, modification and siding repair $3,880.
--Furnish and install anodized aluminum overhead doors with
glass panels. Haas model # CA220. Two doors 10 ft. by 7 ft. and
two doors 10 ft. by 10 ft. Supplied and installed by Crawford
Door company $7,160.
--Remove and close 5 exterior door openings, framing and siding repair $1,200.
--Create two 10 ft. by 8 ft. openings between the meeting rooms
and the main room $3,400.
--Create hallway from the parking lot end of the building to
the meeting rooms. Create a partition for office and/or storage
space. Includes two 3’0” by 6’8” door openings and door units.
Includes siding repair. $7,400.
--Rework existing porch railing where doors were removed
or doors were installed $2,400.
--Rework porch roof at the new entrance door from the
parking lot $1,200.
--Trim: Baseboards, casing and chair rail at the junction of drywall
and beaded ceiling $2,350.
--Interior painting $3,900.
TOTAL: $65,096.
Optional work if funds allow:
--Install a second fireplace to back up to the
existing fireplace for use in the 2 meeting rooms $6,500
TOTAL: $6,500.
