Deposit & Rental Costs

Deposit Information - There is a $450 deposit due upon receipt of your rental contract. This deposit will cover any damages to the property and will be credited back to you upon inspection of the property at the end of your stay as long as there is no damage.

$400 per night stayed. Price includes access and use of all buildings on the property, except for the large building down by the river. This building is under renovation and when this building becomes available, we will post its availability on the home page to our site.
