NEW BATH HOUSE

Bath house will be approx. 1600 sq. ft. and have acovered, common area for water fountain, drink machine, etc.  It will be ADA compliant and will be installed at the road level with an apron extending to the roadway to be van accessible.  The men’s side will have 3 commodes, 3 urinals, 5 lavatories and 3 private dressing room/shower areas.  The women’s side will contain 6 commodes, 6 lavatories and 3 private dressing room/shower areas.  The men’s side will also contain a unisex ADA approved toilet, lavatory and shower. Both men’s and women’s sides will be heated and cooled for year round use.

COST: $210,000.00

 

CIVIL ENGINEERING COSTS

Soil testing, civil engineering and design work, run-off water compliance engineering, erosion control and all civil work necessary for the levee around the dining hall and the elevated portion of the property for the bath house and the dormitories.  

COST: $55,000.00

 

SITE WORK FOR ENTIRE PROJECT

All site work for the levee around the dining hall, regrade the roadway for the bath house, widen the road from the entrance to the rear of the complex, grading for the 6 dorm buildings, the main lodge building, both sports fields, all parking lots and the maintenance building will be done at the same time to utilize, borrow and fill and also to comply with storm water standards. Provisions for under ground utilities (water, sewer and electric) will be done at the same time the rest of the site work is done.  

COST: $450,000.00

 

MAIN LODGE BUILDING

This will be approx. 80’ x 80’.  It will contain large meeting/dining room and two smaller meeting rooms separated by moveable partitions.  There will be restrooms, a commercial kitchen, large patio area with awning cover for seasonal use adjacent to the meeting/dining area.  There will be audio/visual capabilities.  The building will be metal frame, open space, metal roof, stone and wood accents. 

COST: $1,500,000.00

 

DORMITORY UNITS ~ SIX TOTAL

Each unit will be 55’ square, metal frame and masonry construction, metal roof.  Each unit will be divided in half.  Each half divided with 2 movable partitions to create 3 rooms with 4 beds each.  Total sleeping capacity 24 people.  It will have 6 HVAC units to accommodate efficient partial occupancy.  Each side will contain 2 private dressing and shower areas, 2 lavatories and 2 toilets.  Units will have concrete floors with VCT tile surfaces, painted drywall (5/8” fire code for durability), wood accents. 

COST: $380,000.00 each

 

REWORK EXISTING DORM

New beds, repair all doorways and trim, new lavatory tops, faucets and sinks, nightstands and lamps, new carpet in upstairs area, repaint the interior and exterior. 

COST: $44,500.00

 

OLD DINING HALL REHAB

Lift and support damaged areas of building, repair porch damage, new roof (probably metal), the cost for a levee around the building to recontour the area and a drive-over to access the inside of the levee.  The levee will be approx. 2’ tall.  This cost is covered in the site work figure.  Rework exterior walls, installation of overhead doors, HVAC and electric costs, renovate plumbing.  Rework interior and exterior of structure to accommodate open spaces; reinsulated walls and ceilings; floor repair, new doors and windows. 

COST: $260,500.00
