Below you will find the facilities of the property that you may use,
as well as a list of items you will need to bring for your stay:
Dormitory
Our dorm sleeps up to 35 people. Beds and mattresses are provided, but you will need to bring your own sheets, blankets, pillows, etc. Bathrooms are connected to the bedrooms and you will need to bring your own towels and toiletries. On the second floor of the dormitory, there is a full kitchen and dining area. There are two refrigerators in the dorm kitchen for your use. Please make sure all trash is taken to the dumpster before leaving.
Kitchens
The picture above is the kitchen in the meeting room building. You will need to supply your own food, paper plates, utensils, pots and pans, etc. Rau-Wood does not employ a cook. You will need to either cater or cook your own meals. Please clean the kitchens before you leave and make sure all trash is taken the dumpster.
Meeting Room/Extra Kitchen
The one level building next to the dorm is the meeting room, which has its own full kitchen. This building also has a half-bath for your convenience. Like the dorm kitchen, please make sure this building is cleaned and all trash taken to the dumpster before your departure, and sweep up the main meeting space.
Pavilion
Our Pavilion sits by the river and is an open-air covered area great for large gatherings. It is approximately 2,000 square feet and has lights and outlets provided. Birthday parties, wedding receptions, church services, etc. will fit nicely in this large space.
Outdoor Chapel
Seated under a canopy of tress providing plenty of shade, this outdoor chapel is a great place for church services, weddings, or any speaker working with your group.
